We subscribe to the Happy Customer Policy. If you are displeased with our product, and return it in original condition, we will refund or exchange for other merchandise. Adjustments must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of product.
If payment is made for a conference and you cannot  attend, for any reason, a 10% administrative fee will be retained. Cancellations must be received at least 4 days before the event.  If  cancellation notice is not received before the event begins,  fees will be considered a donation to our museum fund. Thank you.
